This recipe is from the Liver Cleansing Diet by Dr Sandra Cabot. It is very healthy and tastes great. I don't add the sultanas because I don't like them and if I don't have almond oil or soy milk, I use canola oil and fat free milk and they still turn out great.

Steps:
- Sift flour and spices and add sultanas.
- Beat egg whites and add the oil, apple, honey and milk and blend thoroughly. Add to the dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly mixed.
- Spoon into a lightly greased muffin tin and bake in a moderate oven for 17 minutes or until cooked.
