I'm not a fan of apples, but I really enjoyed this dish. The apple stuffing was subtle and didn't overpower the flavor of the pork chops.

The pork chops were a bit dry, but the apple stuffing was delicious. I'll try cooking the pork chops for a shorter amount of time next time.

I didn't have any bread crumbs on hand, so I used crushed crackers instead. They worked just as well.

I used Granny Smith apples for the stuffing and they were perfect. They held their shape well and added a nice tartness to the dish.

This is a simple dish to make, but it looks and tastes like something you'd get at a restaurant. I'll definitely be making it again.

This dish is a great way to use up leftover apples. I added a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg to the stuffing for a more festive flavor.
