- 1. Stir together flour, the 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder, salt and spices. Set aside.2. In large mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal, applesauce, egg, oil and raisins. Let stand about 5 minutes or until cereal softens. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Spread in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over coffee cake.3. Bake at 400°F about 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Serve warm, cut in bars or squares.
