This recipe seems complicated. Is there a simpler version?

I'm allergic to almonds. Can I substitute another nut?

This cake was a disaster! The instructions were unclear and the cake turned out dry and crumbly. I would not recommend this recipe.

This cake was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still enjoyable. The apricots and almonds were a nice touch. I would probably reduce the amount of sugar next time I make it.
