I'm not a big fan of apricots, but I thought I'd give this pie a try. I'm so glad I did! The pie was delicious. The crust was flaky and the filling was creamy and tart. I would definitely make this pie again, even though I'm not a big fan of apricots

The pie was a bit too sweet for my taste, but otherwise it was very good. I would recommend using less sugar in the filling.

I followed the recipe exactly and the pie turned out great! The only thing I would change is to add a little more sugar to the filling. I found it to be a bit too tart for my taste.

This apricot cream pie was a hit at my family gathering! The crust was flaky and buttery, and the filling was smooth and creamy. The apricots added a lovely tartness that balanced out the sweetness of the filling. I would definitely make this pie aga
