This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I made a batch of chicken breasts on the weekend and then used them to make this dish on Monday night. It was a quick and easy meal that my whole family enjoyed.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my chicken turned out dry and tough. The sauce was also a bit too sweet for my taste.

This recipe was a bit too complicated for me. I'm not a very experienced cook, so I had to look up a lot of the terms and techniques. The chicken also took longer to cook than the recipe said it would.

I'm not a big fan of Dijon mustard, but I really enjoyed this recipe. The apricot Dijon sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. I will definitely be making this again.

The chicken was a bit overcooked, but the sauce was delicious. I will definitely try this recipe again, but I will cook the chicken for less time next time.

This recipe was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred a more savory sauce.

The chicken was a bit dry, but the sauce was amazing. I will definitely try this recipe again, but I will marinate the chicken in the apricot Dijon sauce for longer next time.
