Apricot Flanken Short Ribs in a Clay Pot image

My own recipe-delicious! -use medium size unglazed clay pot ( Romertopft). Use flanken ribs-they are such meatier and tastier. Everglades seasoning is a wonderful all-purpose seasoning available in all the supermarkets in Florida. Substitute seasoned salt instead.

I followed the recipe exactly and the ribs turned out dry and tough. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This recipe was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the ribs were still very tender and flavorful. I think I would cut back on the amount of apricot preserves next time.

I'm always looking for new and exciting recipes for short ribs, and this one definitely fits the bill. The apricot glaze is a great twist on the classic, and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender. Will definitely be making this again!

This apricot flanken short ribs recipe is a game-changer! The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender, and the apricot glaze was perfectly balanced between sweet and tangy. I served it over rice, and it was a hit with my family. Definitely a keeper!
