Super Easy gourmet Appetizer/ sandwich image

Had left over wine-soaked cheddar from Bookclub, and I found the taste too strong to enjoy by itself. I tried this, and WOW! Definitely tasty enough to serve to guests, and so easy, too. :)

This sandwich was okay. The bread was a bit too dry and the cheese was a bit too bland. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I had used a different type of bread and cheese.
