Apricot Glaze for Shrimp Kebabs image

This apricot glaze is great on our Shallots, Shrimp, and Oranges with Apricot Glaze kebabs.

Yield Makes about 3/4 cup

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 cup apricot jam
3 tablespoons white-wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients. Liberally brush on meat and vegetables throughout grilling.
