this is another quick and easy meal it is real good with mashed potatoes or whatever you want to serve with it

1- 6 oz boneless fully cooked ham steak
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp apricot preserves
3/4 tsp ground mustard
dash(es) ground cloves

Steps:

  • 1. place ham steak in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. combine the remaining ingredients, spoon over ham.
  • 2. bake, uncovered, at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until heated through. cut in half to serve.
