Overall, I thought this strata was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

The strata was a bit too salty for my taste. I think I would have liked it more if I had used less cheese.

I'm not a big fan of artichokes, but I loved this strata. The spinach and cheese really mellowed out the artichoke flavor. This dish is a winner!

This strata is a great way to use up leftover artichokes and spinach. It's also a great make-ahead dish. You can make it the night before and then bake it in the morning.

I love the vibrant green color of this strata. It's so inviting! The flavors are also wonderful. The artichokes add a savory note, while the spinach provides a subtle bitterness that balances out the richness of the cheese. This dish is a keeper!
