Overall, I thought this recipe was pretty good. The pitas were soft and fluffy, and the turkey filling was flavorful. However, I would have liked the sauce to be a little bit spicier.

The recipe was easy to follow, but the pitas didn't turn out as fluffy as I would have liked. I think I might have over-kneaded the dough.

These pitas were a little dry for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I would add a little bit of oil or butter to the pan next time I make them.

This recipe was a hit! The turkey was tender and juicy, and the Asian-style sauce was flavorful and complex. I served the pitas with a side of cucumber-tomato salad, and it was a perfect meal.
