- Place fish fillets in a 8x8 inch microwavable baking dish. In a small bowl combine the pineapple, soy sauce and green onion. Pour over fish and cover dish with saran wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on high 6-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
