Steps:
- 1. Spray pan with cooking spray. Over medium/high heat cook the asparagus for about two minutes until just starting to soften.
- 2. Beat together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and add to the pan with the asparagus.
- 3. Cook, stirring constantly, until eggs are set.
- 4. Add cheese and serve.
