Asparagus and eggs image

Super quick and easy breakfast!

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 fresh asparagus spears cut into 3/4 inch pieces
2 eggs
1/8 c milk
salt and pepper to taste
cooking spray
grated cheese for garnish

Steps:

  • 1. Spray pan with cooking spray. Over medium/high heat cook the asparagus for about two minutes until just starting to soften.
  • 2. Beat together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and add to the pan with the asparagus.
  • 3. Cook, stirring constantly, until eggs are set.
  • 4. Add cheese and serve.
