2 (10 ounce) packages frozen cut asparagus, thawed, drained
1 lb ham, chopped
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups buttermilk baking mix
2 tablespoons dried vegetable flakes
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • In two greased 9-inch pie plates, layer asparagus, ham, cheese and onion.
  • In a bowl, beat eggs; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour half of egg mixture into each pie plate.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
