This is one of my favorite hoiday hors 'doeuvres. My Aunt Janice makes this for every holiday gathering & there is NONE left. I love the contrast of the bitter/pungent sharp cheddar & the heat from the tobasco.

Steps:
- 1. Stir together all ingredients except pecans.
- 2. Shape into ball.
- 3. Chill till firm & roll in pecans.
- 4. Keep refrigerated till served.
- 5. We like to serve this with Sociables crackers.
- 6. She insists it has to be Cracker Barrell brand sharp cheddar also.
