AUTUMN CRISP image

Number Of Ingredients 14

4-6 apples
2 pears
frozen cranberries
juice of 1 lemon
nutmeg
brown sugar
1c flour
1c sugar (1/2 brown, 1/2 white)
3/4 c oatmeal (not instant)
1 1/2 c softened butter
lemon zest
cinnamon
nutmeg
chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Peel and slice apples and pears into buttered dish. Add cranberries, lemon juice, cinnamon and stir. For topping, combine all ingredients except butter and blend. Add softened butter and blend with fingers until blended and coarse. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
