Bacon and Egg Crescent Squares image

This is so good when the yolk is running. Kind of like a deconstructed egg sandwich. Yum

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 tube(s) refrigerated crescent creations rolls
4 large eggs
4 slice bacon
4 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp fresh basil or parsley minced

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven 400 degrees Open dough and roll out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 2. Split the dough down the middle. If it is the perforated kind pinch together. Roll up edges about 1 inch. Cook the bacon until almost done not crisp.
  • 3. Add two eggs to each square. Criss cross two pieces of bacon over each square. Sprinkle parmesan over each square and top with basil or parsley
  • 4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes
