This frittata was a disappointment. It was dry and flavorless. I would not recommend this recipe.

This frittata was a little too greasy for my taste. I think I would have liked it better if I had used less bacon.

This frittata was a little bland for my taste. I think I would have liked it better if I had added more salt and pepper. Otherwise, it was a good recipe and easy to follow.

I'm not usually a fan of frittatas, but this one was delicious! The bacon and mushrooms added a nice savory flavor, and the spinach and gouda were a great complement. I will definitely be making this again.
