I used turkey bacon in this recipe, and it turned out great! It's a healthier alternative to traditional bacon.

I'm not a big fan of chives, so I omitted them from the recipe. The brunchwich was still delicious without them.

The brunchwich was good, but I found it to be a bit bland. I think it could have used some more seasoning.

This brunchwich was a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less bacon.
