Steps:
- 1. Cook bacon until limp; cool.
- 2. Mix turkey, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic salt.
- 3. Add a little salt and pepper.
- 4. Shape into 6 - 1/2" inch thick patties.
- 5. Crisscross 2 slices of bacon on each patty. Tuck ends under; secure with wooden picks.
- 6. Barbeque or broil.
- 7. A slice of cheese can be added in the last minute of cooking. Serve on buns.
