This casserole is also a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids loved it and they didn't even realize they were eating asparagus.

I love that this casserole can be served as a side dish or a main course. I served it as a side dish with roasted chicken and it was perfect.

This casserole is a great make-ahead dish. I made it the night before and then just reheated it for dinner the next day. It was just as good the second day as it was the first.

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover asparagus. I had some asparagus that was starting to go bad, so I made this casserole and it turned out great! The asparagus was still tender and flavorful, even though it was a few days old.

I'm not a big fan of asparagus, but I really enjoyed this casserole. The sauce was so creamy and flavorful that it made the asparagus taste amazing.

I used a different type of cheese in the sauce and it turned out great! I used Gruyère cheese instead of Parmesan and it gave the casserole a nice nutty flavor.

I added some chopped bacon to the casserole and it was amazing! The bacon added a nice smoky flavor that really took the dish to the next level.
