This recipe was a disappointment. The fish was overcooked and the citrus flavors were overpowering. I would not recommend this recipe.

I would give this recipe a 4 out of 5 stars. The fish was cooked well and the citrus flavors were nice, but it was a bit too bland for my taste. I would add more lemon and orange zest next time.

The fish was a bit dry, but the flavors were great. I think I would add a little more butter or oil next time.
