Baked country steak image

This is one of my Family's favorite dishes. It makes the house smell so good. This meat is so tender and lower fat than frying your meat. I serve it with brown rice or mashed potatoes and a green vegetable. *I don't use cube steak, but you may if you like.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover steak. The gravy is also a great way to add flavor to mashed potatoes or rice.

I followed the recipe exactly and the steak turned out tough and the gravy was bland. I'm not sure what went wrong.
