Yield Makes 4 to 6 servings

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 lbs Fresh Haddock Fillets
1 stick butter
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers, crushed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes, crushed
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/8 teaspoon fresh black pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse haddock fillets, and pat dry. Place in 9X13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Melt butter in large bowl in microwave..add remaining ingredients, and mix until throughly combined. Pat crumb mixture onto fish. Place in oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or just until fish starts to flake with fork.
