- Preheat oven to 425. In a large mixing bowl, drizzle oil over the potatoes. Add seasoning mix and toss to coat. Place fries in one even layer cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes, turn and bake 10 more minutes. Fries should be soft on the inside and browned on the outside.
