I'm not a huge fan of Italian food, but this casserole was surprisingly good. The flavors were well-balanced and the meatballs were cooked perfectly.

This casserole is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the meatballs and the ziti, and they don't even notice the spinach.

This casserole is a bit too cheesy for my taste. I think I'll try it again with less cheese next time.
