Banana and Walnut Muffins (Very Healthy) image

This recipe is from Dr Sandra Cabot's liver cleansing diet book. The recipe is healthy and tastes great. I usually chop the walnuts up so they are quite small, I find it easier to eat that way.

I thought these muffins were a bit bland. I would have liked them more if they had more banana flavor.

I've tried many banana muffin recipes, but this one is my favorite. The muffins are light and fluffy, and the banana and walnut flavors are perfectly balanced.
