Steps:
- Heat oven to 325°F Sift dry ingredients (not sugar) in medium bowl and set aside. Beat butter and sugar in separate larger bowl until they are light and fluffy. Beat in bananas then eggs. *I usually beat the bananas in a bowl until I need them, rinse it out, then beat the eggs in the same bowl so I have less dishes to wash.* Stir in flour mixture alternately with boiling water until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake for 1 hr 10 min or until risen and firm to touch. *Most of the times I've made it, it doesn't take the full hour to cook.* Let cool and turn out.
