Steps:
- Put the banana leaves on a work surface. On the first leaf, put 2 banana halves side by side. Sprinkle with one-quarter of the chocolate and 1 tablepoon rum. Fold up the sides and edges to form a square package. Tie with the wet twine or raffia (soaking will prevent the twine from burning). Repeat to make 4 packages. Put the packages on a preheated grill or oiled, smoking-hot stove-top grill pan and cook for about 10 minutes on each side. Snip the twine and serve with whipped cream.
