Yield 4-5 Servings

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 1/2 pounds Halibut
good olive oil
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup finely diced celery
3/4 cup finely diced red onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup capers, drained

I love the combination of flavors in this salad. The sweetness of the grapefruit, the creaminess of the avocado, and the flakiness of the halibut all come together perfectly.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover halibut. I always have some leftover after I make fish tacos, and this is the perfect way to use it up.
