I Love good Ribs. This was a make as you go recipe when I was hungry for some. Pretty much whatever BBQ Sauce & Beer you have will work.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking pan with foil (for easier cleanup)
- 2. Trim Ribs to your satisfaction. Sprinkle seasonings over ribs.
- 3. Place in pan and pour in beer. I used Bud Light (It was in the Fridge). Cover pan with foil & bake for about 2 hours or just until liquid is evaporated, be careful not to let it get too dry.
- 4. Take foil off top & Cover generously with your favorite bbq sauce. Cook on one side for 10 minutes, turn ribs over & repeat for second side.
- 5. Enjoy!
