BEER RIBS image

I Love good Ribs. This was a make as you go recipe when I was hungry for some. Pretty much whatever BBQ Sauce & Beer you have will work.

Provided by Nancy Thomas

Categories     Ribs

Time 2h30m

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 lb beef or ribs (any style, i used beef short ribs)
1 tsp chicago style steak spice
salt & pepper (to taste)
7 oz beer (give or take)
bbq sauce ( your favorite)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking pan with foil (for easier cleanup)
  • 2. Trim Ribs to your satisfaction. Sprinkle seasonings over ribs.
  • 3. Place in pan and pour in beer. I used Bud Light (It was in the Fridge). Cover pan with foil & bake for about 2 hours or just until liquid is evaporated, be careful not to let it get too dry.
  • 4. Take foil off top & Cover generously with your favorite bbq sauce. Cook on one side for 10 minutes, turn ribs over & repeat for second side.
  • 5. Enjoy!

This recipe is a waste of time and money. The ribs were dry and tough. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

I followed the recipe exactly and the ribs turned out terrible. I don't know what went wrong.

These ribs were not good. The meat was tough and the sauce was bland. I would not recommend this recipe.

The ribs were a bit dry, but the flavor was good. I think I would cook them for a shorter amount of time next time.

These ribs were a bit too sweet for my taste, but they were still good. I would recommend using less brown sugar next time.

I've never made ribs before, but these turned out great! They were so easy to make and they tasted delicious. I'll definitely be making them again.

These ribs were amazing! The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender and the sauce was perfect. I will definitely be making these again soon.

These ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and had a delicious flavor. The beer and brown sugar gave them a perfect balance of sweetness and smokiness. I will definitely be making these again!
