Belgian Waffles with Berry Cream image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 cups Original Bisquick®
1 1/3 cups milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
Belgian Waffles with Berry Cream
1 cup whipping (heavy) cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries

Steps:

  • 1. Make Berry Cream. Heat Belgian waffle iron grease if necessary.2. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour batter for waffle onto center of hot waffle iron. Repeat with remaining batter.3. Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle.
