Bell Pepper Paneer Bhurji Recipe by Tasty image

Here's what you need: paneer, large onion, thai green chilis, red bell pepper, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, oil, salt

Number Of Ingredients 8

14 oz paneer, crumbled
1 large onion, chopped
3 thai green chilis, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons oil
salt

Steps:

  • On medium heat, saute chopped onions, green chilies, and salt in oil. Add ginger garlic paste and fry well for a minute.
  • Add chopped bell pepper and cook until soft.
  • To this, add the crumbled paneer and cook until paneer is soft.
  • Add chopped coriander, season with salt, and serve alongside roti, paratha, or naan.
  • Enjoy!
