This is one big pancake with sauted apples for the top, you just pop in the oven to bake, the recipe makes enough for 2 people.This recipe is from Dash Recipes.

Steps:
- 1. position oven rack to middle of oven - Then Pre-Heat Oven to 375 -In a Medium Skillet - ( An Iron skillet is perfect, Just make sure the skillet has a heat proof handel if not ) over Medium Heat Melt the Butter, Then Transfer 1 Tbsp. to a Blender .
- 2. Put the prepared Apple Slices in the Skillet and turning once, cook untill they start to soften ( about 3 to 5 minutes ) When Apples are cooked, leave in skillet and arrange in a circle around the edge of skillet, ( you will have an opening in the middle )
- 3. Meanwhile in the Blender , mix the Flour, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla, with the butter in the blender, untill batter is smooth, pour over the apples arranged in the skillet, Transfer the Skillet to the oven. Bake for 15 Minutes untill Pancake is Puffed and Golden, Take out of oven and dust Top with confectioners sugar, Serve Immediately.
- 4. Set out Bowls of toppings, Chopped Walnuts , Pecans,Dried Cranberries, Maple Syrup, Whipped Cream, Vanilla Yogurt and Cinnamon Sugar, these are some favorite Toppings .
