Number Of Ingredients 7

6 eggs
1 pound hot bulk sausage
6 slices bread
1 cup grated cheese
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Steps:

  • Grease a casserole dish. Crumble & brown sausage. Drain well. Cube bread slices. Alternate layers of bread, sausage, and cheese. Beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard and mix well. Pour mixture over the layers. Cover and refridgerate for at least 12 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for one to one and a half hours until eggs set. Slice and serve.
