Black Bean and Raspberry Dip image

I tried this on a bus trip to the Longaberger Homestead. It was very good, with the sautéed onions and raspberry layers! Oh, how good!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 medium red onion, sauteed and drained
1 can(s) black beans, drained
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz raspberry salsa
squeeze of lime juice
cheddar cheese
tortilla chips

Steps:

  • 1. Layer in a pie plate and top with shredded cheddar. Bake for 20 min at 350 degrees. serve with tortilla chips
