I'm not a big fan of sweet potatoes, but I really enjoyed these tostadas. The sweetness of the potatoes was balanced out by the spiciness of the chipotle crema. I will definitely be making these again.

These tostadas were easy to make and very flavorful. I used canned black beans and sweet potatoes, but I think fresh would be even better. I also added some chopped red onion and cilantro to the avocado topping.
