Steps:
- Heat oil in a large (12") skillet. Add onion and saute until soft. Add garlic (or garlic powder) and cook for a minute or two. Add oregano. Add stewed tomatoes, beans and water. Bring to a boil and add rice. Cook, covered until rice is cooked through. If wanted, add pepper flakes and/or dash of pepper sauce.
