I'm not a big fan of black-eyed peas, but I thought this dish was pretty good. The queso was really tasty and helped to offset the flavor of the peas. I would definitely make this again.

This dish was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. The black-eyed peas were cooked perfectly and the queso was very flavorful. I would recommend using a milder cheese next time.
