Number Of Ingredients 10
Steps:
- 1. Melt butter, whisk in flour. Whisk until flour is absorbed.
- 2. Stir in 1 cup of the stock. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
- 3. Add remaining stock and milk. Simmer 10 minutes.
- 4. Stir in cheese, half and half and season to taste. Add chives and mushrooms.
