30 MINUTE DINNER ROLLS
I made these one time to go with soup that we were having for dinner. I made the dough balls too big and/or let them rise too much and they ended up being huge, but they were good and they were easy to make.

Tips:
- Use warm milk and water to activate the yeast. This will help the dough rise quickly and evenly.
- Add the salt and sugar to the flour mixture before adding the yeast. This will help prevent the yeast from coming into direct contact with the salt, which can kill it.
- Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic, about 5-7 minutes. This will help develop the gluten in the flour, which will give the rolls a chewy texture.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size, about 1 hour. This will give the yeast time to ferment the dough and produce carbon dioxide gas, which will make the rolls light and fluffy.
- Shape the dough into rolls and place them in a greased baking dish. Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes, or until they have almost doubled in size.
- Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 375°F for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
- Brush the rolls with melted butter as soon as they come out of the oven. This will give them a shiny glaze and help keep them moist.
Conclusion:
These 90-minute dinner rolls are the perfect addition to any meal. They are soft, fluffy, and delicious, and they can be made in just 1.5 hours. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can have fresh, homemade dinner rolls that your family and friends will love.
