ABSOLUTELY BEST BROWNIES

Absolutely Best Brownies image

This are the easiest and most delicious brownies that I have ever eaten. They are so moist and super quick and easy to make. For best results, use a Dutch processed cocoa. For less cake-like brownies, use all-purpose flour instead of self rising.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate. This will make a big difference in the taste of your brownies. Look for chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%.

  • Bake the brownies at the right temperature. The ideal temperature for baking brownies is 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Don't overbake the brownies. Overbaking will make the brownies dry and crumbly. Bake the brownies for the amount of time specified in the recipe.
