Can be used on all meats, but especially good rubbed into chicken ( a quick dinner favourite of our cooked on the old George Foreman grill!) Even my dad raves about this, and he is more than mean with his compliments when it comes to food!!

20 large shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 1/2 tablespoons barbecue spices
3/4 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons honey
3 green onions, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 lime, juice of
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Toss shrimp with seasoning to coat. Thread 5 shrimp each on 4 metal skewers (soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes) Place skewered shrimp in a glass dish.
