Tips:

  • Use fresh chicken: Fresh chicken will give you the best results, as it will be more tender and flavorful than frozen chicken.
  • Don't overcook the chicken: The chicken should be cooked through, but it should not be dry. Overcooked chicken will be tough and chewy.
  • Use a good quality buffalo sauce: The buffalo sauce is the key to the flavor of these totchos, so make sure you use a good quality sauce that you enjoy. You can use a store-bought sauce or make your own.
  • Don't skimp on the toppings: The toppings are what make these totchos so delicious, so don't be afraid to load them up. Some popular toppings include blue cheese crumbles, diced celery, chopped green onions, and sour cream.
  • Serve immediately: Totchos are best served immediately after they are made. This will ensure that the tater tots are crispy and the cheese is melted and gooey.

Conclusion:

Air fryer buffalo chicken totchos are a quick and easy appetizer or snack that is perfect for game day or any other party. They are made with tater tots, buffalo chicken, and your favorite toppings. These totchos are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them.
