Tips:
- Choose the right mushrooms. Medium-sized button mushrooms, cremini mushrooms, or oyster mushrooms are all good choices for air frying.
- Clean the mushrooms thoroughly. Use a damp cloth or paper towel to wipe away any dirt or debris.
- Remove the stems. This will help the mushrooms cook evenly.
- Season the mushrooms. You can use a variety of seasonings, such as salt, pepper, garlic powder, or chili powder.
- Preheat the air fryer. This will help the mushrooms cook evenly.
- Cook the mushrooms in a single layer. This will prevent them from steaming instead of air frying.
- Shake the mushrooms halfway through cooking. This will help them cook evenly.
