2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked

3/4 cup mayonnaise or 3/4 cup salad dressing
2 tablespoons pickle relish
4 eggs
2 cups milk
10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
