3 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp coriander
1/2 tbsp cardamom
1 nutmeg
1 tbsp clove

Steps:

  • Put the black pepper, cardamom, clove, coriander, cinnamon stick, nutmeg, and coriander seeds in the oven tray, and put them in the oven on medium heat (350 F) for ten minutes.
