1 bunch green onions, chopped
9 eggs, beaten
1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
14 saltine crackers, crumbled
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 dash hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
6 large eggs
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Minced chives, optional

Steps:

  • Cook artichokes according to package directions; drain. Cool slightly; coarsely chop. Preheat oven to 350°. , In a large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium-high heat. 8 baby artichokes, trimmed, halved
2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 small brown onion, halved, thinly sliced crossways
1 (170 g) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
6 eggs
1 garlic clove, crushed
salt & freshly ground black pepper
